Service Rules and Policies

Service Days:

  • Monday to Friday

Payment Policy:

  • Advance payment (Sunday night or Monday morning)
  • Accepted methods: Zelle and Venmo (813-499-8410)
  • Payment covers the full week; no adjustments for unused days
  • If we are unable to provide service, a deduction will be applied

Holidays and School Breaks:

  • No payment required during school breaks or holidays
  • If the week has fewer than 5 days, payment will be adjusted proportionally

Behavior and Conduct:

  • No food or drinks allowed on the bus
  • Kindness and respect expected at all times

Punctuality:

  • 5-minute pickup tolerance
  • Late arrivals may result in loss of transportation

Pickup and Drop-off:

  • Coordinate directly with parents

Additional Passengers:

  • Prior authorization and extra fee required

Students with Special Needs:

  • Contact us directly for personalized plans
